If you are currently traveling, we kindly ask you to share your feedback directly with the ship or hotel information desk, so that we can pass on compliments or resolve concerns promptly.

For feedback after your trip, please use the form below. We review all submissions on weekdays in the order they are received. Please note that complaints and compensation claims under EU Regulation 1177/2010 should be submitted as soon as possible, and no later than two months after your trip.
