Fast Track – a convenient service for travellers by car
Fast Track provides a quick and smooth route to the port’s waiting area. All checkpoints automatically open for vehicles with valid bookings. Once the vehicle is detected, it’s directed to the automatic lane and then to the waiting area. Information will be displayed on screens for the driver.
Fast Track is available if:
- You are traveling on MyStar or Megastar.
- You have Star Class or Comfort Lounge tickets.
- You are traveling with a vehicle (up to 5.5m long and 2.4m high) with up to five people.
- Your ticket is registered online via online check-in.
- You are a citizen of the EU or Schengen countries.
Tallink Lounge
Start your trip in comfort at the Tallink Lounge, located on the 3rd floor of Terminal D. It is available for passengers with Business Lounge, Platinum Lounge, or suite cabin tickets for MyStar.
Tallink Lounge offers:
- High-quality Wi-Fi.
- Plenty of sockets for device charging.
- Complimentary coffee, tea, cookies, water, and juices.
- Fresh magazines and newspapers.
- Priority boarding 5 minutes before regular passengers (45 minutes before ship departure).
Access: Free for Business Lounge or Platinum Lounge ticket holders. Entry to the lounge opens 90 minutes before departure.
How to get there
- From/To the airport: Tallinn Airport is just 4 km from the city centre, easily accessible by public transport, taxi, or car. More information here
- By foot: The terminal is a 15-minute walk from downtown Tallinn.
- By tram: Easily reach D-terminal by taking Tram No. 2. Whether you’re travelling from Tallinn city centre or Kopli, get off at the “Vanasadam” stop. From there, it’s just a short walk over the bridge to the terminal. Tram No. 2 operates on the Kopli–Vanasadam–Suur-Paala route.

D-Terminal parking garage (Europark Estonia OÜ)
A parking garage with six levels is available near the D-terminal, offering 385 parking spaces and 20 charging points for electric cars, with the possibility to add more. See on the map

How to get there
- From/To the airport: Bus 600 and I- and P-trains provide connections between Helsinki-Vantaa Airport and the city’s railway station (23.6 km). From the railway station, trams connect to the terminal. Helsinki-Vantaa Aiport
- By tram: Trams 7 and 9 stop near the terminal.
- By car: Check the Google map
Public transport tickets can be bought with cash from the ticket machines located at the main terminal entrance.
You can also buy a Helsinki Card at the information desks of MyStar and Megastar, allowing free public transport and access to museums. Price List

- Short-term parking: P2, maximum 2 hours.
- Long-term parking: Available at Länsisatama Satamaparkkitalo. Advance bookings can be made at Satamaparkki.

Ships departing from Olympia Terminal: Silja Serenade and Silja Symphony operate on the Helsinki–Stockholm route from this terminal.

How to get there
- HSL tram no 3: Runs from Hakaniemi via Rautatietor and Mannerheimintie to the Olympia terminal through Eira.
- HSL tram no 2:: Runs from Töölö train station to Alexanderinkatu and directly to the Olympia terminal. Check the HSL tram timetable
- From/To the airport (23.6 km): Take Bus 615, 615T, or Finnair City Bus from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport to Rautatieasema, then switch to Trams 2 or 3 to reach the Olympia Terminal.
Parking
- Short-term parking: Max 4 hours, located directly outside the terminal.
- Long-term parking: Olympiaparkki garage located under the terminal, open daily when ships are in port. Book in advance at www.satamaparkki.fi.
- Aimo Park Kasarmitori: Tel. +358 20 7812410. For Club One customers: 2-day cruise parking for €30. Entry after 15:00 on departure day, pick-up by 12:00 on return day. You can get the discount by contacting the payment machine with the info button. The discount is given remotely.

Public transport
- Buses: SL bus No. 76 connect Värtahamnen to central Stockholm. Bus 76 is ideal for visiting Djurgården and the Royal Castle.
- Tickets: Public transport tickets can be purchased via the SL mobile app, contactless payments on buses, or from ticket machines at bus shelters, metro stations, and kiosks. When changing public transport and revalidating a ticket, no payment is charged if it is within 75 minutes and the same bank card, phone or smart watch is used. Tickets cannot be bought onboard the bus. Learn more on the SL website
- Parent and child travel: On SL, one parent can travel free with a small child in a stroller. Children under the age of 12 travel free when accompanied by a passenger with a ticket. Get more info at SL website
- Subway:The nearest station, Gärdet, is within walking distance of the terminal.From Central Stockholm, take the red line towards “Mot Ropsten” and exit at Gärdet.Follow the marked signs from the subway station to the terminal.

The terminal is closed from 26 February to 18 March due to the dry-docking of Baltic Princess for maintenance works and upgrades.

How to get there
- Local buses: Take bus no. 1 from the Huoneistokeskus, Linnankatu 13.
- Bus station: Located approx. 200 m from the terminal, next to the train platforms.
- Taxi station: Located 50 m from the terminal, between Hotel Seaport and the terminal.
- Convenient train connection to Helsinki and Tampere: Platforms are located approximately 200 meters from the terminal, accessible via a glass corridor.
Parking
- Parking area next to terminal: A fenced, unguarded area open 24 hours. Managed by AutoPark, which handles the ticket machine and parking supervision.
- Public parking areas nearby: The maximum parking time at the machine is 8 days. For longer stays, payments can be made through various parking apps. Electric vehicle charging fees, along with parking, can be paid via the eParking app. Parking in the Port of Turku

- Restaurant: Cafe on the 3rd floor, open from 17:45-20:15.
- Disabled facilities: Disabled toilet on the second floor. The terminal is accessible, with elevators to all floors.

- Important for passengers disembarking at Mariehamn: As stops in Mariehamn are brief, passengers must gather at the exit at least 10 minutes before arrival. Car passengers must be on the car deck 10 minutes prior to arrival.
- Note: Nighttime arrivals are not announced in cabins, so it’s important to set a wake-up call through the ship’s information desk.
How to get there
- By bus: Södra linjen has a bus stop just outside the Terminal. Information can be found on Ålandstrafiken’s website. Ålandstrafiken
- By taxi: Taxis are readily available in Mariehamn, with a ride to the terminal costing around €15-20. Åland Taxi is a common provider.
- By car: The terminal is easily accessible by car, with clear signage from the city center. Parking is available near the terminal for both short and long-term stays.
Between Mariehamn and Långnäs
- By taxi: Taxis between Mariehamn and Långnäs can be ordered from the ship’s information desk for evening departures (before 21:00) or when booking a trip. Taxi fares are €20 per adult, €10 per child (ages 0-17). Children 0-5 are seated on an adult’s lap. Note that taxis are not equipped with child safety seats, and bicycles cannot be accommodated. Taxi and bus stops are located at the terminal.
- By car: The distance between Mariehamn and Långnäs is 30 km with a driving time of approximately 30 minutes.

Ships departing from Långnäs: Baltic Princess makes a quick stop in Långnäs at 00:40 on the Turku to Stockholm route.
Important: The stopover in Långnäs is very brief. All passengers disembarking must be at the entrance at least 10 minutes before the ship’s arrival. Car passengers should be on the car deck 10 minutes before arrival. No announcements are made for the midnight arrival, so please ensure you wake up in time to disembark. You can request a wake-up call from the ship’s information desk.
