Lost and found
If you discover that you’ve left a personal item on board the ship as soon as it arrives at the port, we recommend that you contact the Tallink Silja Line staff in the terminal immediately. If terminal staff are not available or you are no longer at the port, please reach out using the relevant contact details provided below to ensure your lost item is reported and located as quickly as possible.
- Handling lost and found items
All lost and found items from Tallink Silja Line vessels are delivered to Suomen Löytötavarapalvelu (Finnish Lost and Found Service) in Finland, except for items that are subject to import restrictions.

Helsinki-Tallinn, Helsinki-Stockholm, and Tallinn-Stockholm routes
Items are sent to the Vantaa Lost and Found office:

- Baltic Queen, Victoria I, Megastar, MyStar: Delivered to the Estonian Police and Border Guard Board (Tel: +372 6123000) and then forwarded to the respective embassy in Estonia.
- Silja Symphony: Delivered to the Helsinki Pasila police station (Tel: +358 29 5470011).
- Silja Serenade: Delivered to the Vantaa Lost and Found office.
- Baltic Princess: Delivered to the Turku Lost and Found office.

Please contact the specific hotel directly for assistance with lost items.
- Additional information
- Charges: Finland’s Lost & Found Service charges a fee for items returned to their owners.
- Storage duration: Forgotten items are stored for a maximum of 1 month.
- Liability: Tallink Silja Line is not responsible for forgotten items and does not compensate for any lost luggage.
