Hop-On Hop-Off Bus
Experience the most popular sights of Visby and Gotland at your own pace with the Hop-On Hop-Off bus – you choose when to pick up and get off.
During the tour, which lasts just over an hour, the bus passes through the most important places around Visby: the Hamnplan area, ports, Kneippbyn resort, bus station, Österport gates, Snäck campsite and beach, Norderport gates.

Hop-On Hop-Off buses run on 14.07, 19.07, 21.07, 26.07, 02.08 and 04.08.2025 every 30-60 minutes from 10 am to 4 pm.

Visby Highlights bus tour
A comfortable bus tour leads along the coast towards the north of Gotland. Along the way, you can listen to interesting stories about the island, as well as enjoy the views of untouched nature.
The excursion starts from the port. The first stop is in Lummelunda, where we take an invigorating lunch break and discover the local area. The next stop is Vidhaves, where there is an opportunity to take beautiful pictures in memory. The trip ends at the port.

Kneippbyn Water Park with Round-Trip Transfer
The water park has 15 slides and several theme pools, so there’s something for both children and adult holidaymakers. At the Pippi amusement park, little ones can have fun at the Segasumma cottage.
The price includes an entrance ticket and a round-trip transfer from the port to the theme park. Buses depart from the pier next to the ship at 10 a.m. (Swedish time) and Kneippbyn at 4 p.m. (Swedish time). The journey takes about 15 minutes.

Brewery and Walking Tour
The tour starts at Barlingbo Brewery. The brewery employees will talk you through the art of brewing, followed by a tasting.
The tour continues with a walk to the memorial site of those who died in the Battle of the Conquest of Gotland. The ruins of the island’s only nunnery are located next to it. Next, we come to the city wall and the medieval part of Visby. Here we find church ruins and buildings and street names reminiscent of the era.
The last stop is in Almedalen Park, which was once one of Visby’s busiest ports.
The tour is in English, starts at 11:30 a.m. and lasts three hours. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle.

Panorama Tour Visby
The tour starts with a bus ride, stopping at Gotland’s best-preserved Bronze Age boat-shaped tomb. Next, we visit the picturesque fishing village of Gnisvärd. From the harbour, you can see the famous sandy beach of Tofta. We stop at the Galgberget Nature Reserve and along the city wall, then walk through the gate into the medieval city.
We’re taking the bus back to the port from Almedalen. You will return to the port by walking along the cruise berths.
Guided tours are offered in three languages: Finnish, Estonian & Russian. Lenght is 3-3,5h the times depend on the date. Check the exact times when you buy your ferry ticket. Wear weather-appropriate clothes and comfortable shoes, and bring a water bottle.

North-East Tour
The first stop on the tour is the Visby city wall. The old vaults are still visible on the vault hill. We’re going to visit Överstekvarn Chili’s farm shop, which is run by a local small producer.
In Tingstäde, we encounter one of the hundred medieval churches in Gotland, learn about a burning lake and ancient underwater fortifications. We then drive to Slite, where thousands of Estonians landed in 1944. On the way back, we will see the famous ravens.

What to do in Visby by foot or bike?
Medieval Visby is a small and compact city – all attractions, restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Idea! Take a cruise by bicycle (return ticket 30 €) and explore the city comfortably.
